The Group is an investment holding company with approximately a dozen subsidiaries operating mainly in financial services, asset management, and property investment. The Group was formed approximately 15 years ago following the consolidation of a number of financial services and asset management businesses. The Group was listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange in 2000. Since its establishment, the company, has never had a loss, and has consistently paid dividends. There has been no additional fund raising activity since IPO.
